Refunds & returns POLICY

ALL Pokémon Breaks & Singles (Raw) are FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS

Unfortunately, there are too many scammers and harmful people out there who are trying to destroy the hobby and business by taking advantage of friendly sellers. As a result of this, there are some products we will not take any returns on. Please see below as everything is generally on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out and ask.


NO RETURNS ON

  • Breaks (Pokémon, Magic the Gathering, Sports Cards)

    • Once your break order is opened (on Twitch.tv/Evolvedd), the product cannot be returned. If you no longer want the product after break, the break product can be donated to the stream to help support the channel and community

  • ALL Raw Singles (Sports & Pokémon)

    • TCG Singles: Once these cards arrive to you, we cannot take them back (NO RETURNS FOR RAW SINGLES). Once the card is in your hands, we can no longer guarantee the quality or the safety of the card. We go above and beyond to make sure we take extra good care of the cards from opening to delivery. Each product listing has detailed high-resolution photos to make sure you know exactly what you’re getting. And if you need more photos or pictures? We are happy to provide those as well! We just cannot be responsible if you or your pet step on the card on accident, or if you put it down on a wet surface then try to blame it on us and return it. We rather you be informed and comfortable before you make your purchase decision.

LIMITED RETURNS (WITH APPROVAL)

  • Graded TCG Cards (Sports & Pokémon)

    • If your TCG Graded card purchase is no longer wanted, contact evolveddcollections@gmail.com to see if your product can qualify for review. If your product is approved for return, the product must be in the exact same condition as it was when it left Evolvedd Collections and the return of order will not be finalized until the return is reviewed and processed. Once the return is processed and if there are no issues, the funds will be returned to the card used to complete the order and may take up to 7-10 business days to return to your card.

  • Video Games & Systems

    • Video Games may be returned within 5 days of delivery and only if in the exact same condition as when at Evolvedd Collections. If any evidence of video game or video game system/console opening, tampering or abuse has occurred the return policy is void and the sale is final. If your product is approved for return, the product must be in the exact same condition as it was when it left Evolvedd Collections and the return of order will not be finalized until the return is reviewed and processed. Once the return is processed and if there are no issues, the funds will be returned to the card used to complete the order and may take up to 7-10 business days to return to your card.

  • GOODS & Board Games

    • Products listed in the “GOODS” section of the website. These are typically mugs, ornaments, figurines, Funko’s, posters, comics, toys, pins, caps, mats & more. These products are subject for review and approval of returns and can be made within 7 days of product delivery. If your product is approved for return, the product must be in the exact same condition as it was when it left Evolvedd Collections and the return of order will not be finalized until the return is reviewed and processed. Once the return is processed and if there are no issues, the funds will be returned to the card used to complete the order and may take up to 7-10 business days to return to your card.
