Each order is setup with a tracking label and tracking dashboard which will be emailed directly after ordering. Trading Card Protectors
All our Pokémon Trading Cards shipped from Live Breaks at Twitch.tv/Evolvedd are done so using only the industry best supplies and materials. We use premium industry leader products from Ultra PRO, Cardboard Gold, Vault X and BCW. Pokémon “hits” and requested cards are soft sleeved, top loaded, team bagged, pull tabbed (to easily get card out of loader) and then secured together before gently and properly being placed into shipping material. We go the extra mile to make sure your collectables get to you in the exact condition expected, we try out best to properly secure these products so there minimal chance of damage or abuse during shipping.

Shipping policies
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping carrier issues are independent of my control and if you have any shipping delaying or issues please follow up with the carriers directly. Due to Covid-19 and high order volumes, order processing might be slightly delayed.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

ORDERS TO CANADA = $11.00 USD
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Evolvedd Collection is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at evolveddcollections@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
ORDER TRACKING, PACKAGING REVIEW & COMPLIANCE
Each break order will have the entire set of cards & “hits” photographed in addition to being recorded on Twitch stream for product tracking and security. All orders (during boxing) are video graphed and photographed for review and quality assurance. This helps ensure there is a video and digital paper trail of quality in case there are any unforeseen issue on the carrier side, we will have documented evidence on quality of the card, package and order as it left our hands.
